So You Think You Can Lead?

It looks as if Los Angeles Unified School District is starring in its own new reality show The Search for the Next Superintendent.

The school board members are looking far and wide across the country for their new voice of the district. In the running are San Francisco’s Richard Carranza, Pomona Unified’s Richard Martinez, and former county Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky.

Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates are the firm spearheading the amazing race to the superintendent position. There’s still time for a decision to be made on the type of person they are looking for to be the next leader of the nation’s second largest school district.

The school board plans on naming Los Angeles' next top superintendent by Jan. 1, but until then, let the games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor.
