Natomas Unified Offering Free Education and Bonuses for New Teachers

As the teacher shortage continues to loom, more school districts are finding creative ways to lure prospective educators.

The district has just announced that it would offer to cover partial tuition costs, a MacBook, and bonuses for moving within district boundaries.

In exchange, the teachers must agree to stay with the district for a minimum of three years, or otherwise pay back any gifts given.
