This School District Wants to Help Teachers Buy a House

The Campbell Union High School District is considering a program that would help its teachers and staff purchase a home.

A collaboration between the district, the CUHSD Education Foundation, and Landed would offer down payment assistance for staff. Landed states it will offer up to half the down payment required for purchasing a home, up to $120,000.

Participants must be at least 0.5 FTE and be a permanent employee of the district.

If you’re interested to learn more, the district will be holding an informational meeting on December 13. Visit the district website for more information or to RSVP.
