Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is currently seeking an experienced individual for an excellent professional growth opportunity. A person in this role will plan, organize and direct the business operations of LACOE and assist in the planning, organization, and administration of the Controller's Office.

The Administrative Services unit in the Controller's Office provides support in the areas of procurement, contract, reprographics, transit services, JET delivery, records management, forms services, imaging, recycling, and transportation services to LACOE.

Required Education and Experience

Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, public administration, or a field closely related to the job requirements of the classification from an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting organization recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Experience: Five years of experience in public school business operations and/or administration including three years of supervisory experience in a management capacity.

Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites is required.
