Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services, the Director of Continuous Improvement provides leadership and support to districts for Differentiated Assistance, Professional Development, Assessments, Curriculum Support, Federal Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Williams Monitoring, the development of the Local Control Accountability Plans, and Special Projects. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Administrative Services Credential, with at least two years working experience • Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred, and five (5) years increasingly responsible experience working in the field of education, school district and/or county office of education. • Increasingly responsible staff development experience working with educational programs and services preferred. • Experience working with Local Control Accountability Plans and Compliance or Federal and State Categorical programs preferred. • Experience working with State and Federal compliance programs preferred. 

Time Period • Position is full-time, Certificated Management, 210 days per year.
