There were two special elections for school boards in Sacramento County on Tuesday. The eventual winners in both races will carry out terms ending in 2026.
There are two candidates in the race: mille King and Casey Bowden.
Board President Rick Ledesma and Trustee Madison Miner are the board members in question. They have been involved in several spending scandals in recent months.
